Application Deadline:
Completed applications must be postmarked on or before January 31, 2008. The Chen-Pai Lee Memorial Scholarship Committee or its Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible applications. In order to confirm receipt of your application, you must enclose a self-addressed, stamped postcard with your application. All applications become property of the sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an application, applicants agree to provide other information and documentation as may be reasonably requested by the judges or Sponsor.
